  • Kitchen: worktops, sink, hob, exterior of appliances; wash dishes or run the dishwasher if items are left.
  • Bathroom: sanitise toilet, basin and shower/bath; limescale removal; mirrors streak-free; restock paper/soap.
  • Waste: empty all bins, replace liners and take out rubbish to the designated area.
  • Final touches: curtains/blinds set, windows spot-checked, décor aligned, remote batteries checked, property closed.

We agree a list (paper, soap, pods, liners, dishwasher tabs). After each visit we report levels and propose an order.

What about keys and access?

We prefer digital codes/lockboxes; for physical keys we keep a signed handover log.

Are same-day slots available?

Yes — in many districts. Share guest times and we’ll align the crew.

How do you report damages?
